Terms of Service
By using Life Pattern, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
Life Pattern provides BaZi/Five Elements inspired charts, personality mapping, relationship reflections, decision-style prompts, saved reports, and AI-generated explanations for entertainment and self-exploration.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and device.
- You must provide accurate information for paid purchases and support requests.
- We may suspend or limit access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, exploitative, adult, violent, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass quotas, payment flows, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not rely on Life Pattern for decisions involving medical care, mental health, finance, employment, law, safety, or other high-impact areas.
4. User inputs and AI output
You are responsible for the information you submit. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You should independently evaluate all output and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
ToolPile/Life Pattern owns the site, software, designs, templates, and brand elements. You may use your personal generated reports for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise allowed by us in writing.
6. Paid plans and quotas
- Free: 3 readings/month.
- Pro: $9.99/month, 30 readings/month, 1 paid module slot.
- Pro+: $14.99/month, 60 readings/month, 2 paid module slots.
- Premium: $24.99/month, 200 readings/month, access to all 3 paid modules.
Prices, features, and quotas may change for future billing periods. Checkout will show the applicable price before payment.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel from your account/billing area where available. Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy; mandatory local consumer law prevails.
8. Disclaimers
Life Pattern is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that readings are accurate, predictive, uninterrupted, or error-free. See the Disclaimer.
9. Liability limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ToolPile/Life Pattern will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on generated content.
10. Governing law
Governing law and venue are to be confirmed based on the operator’s legal entity and jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your location may still apply.
